I checked around the forums for that site mentioned above, apparently the patch for Zero will have a release window in December. Yep that is the case. The fan TL quality however is pretty bad but better than nothing for the west. I think between the team, the only game that hasn’t been played is The 3rd. One of their translators is the one who wrote the walkthrough for Trails in the Sky and he also translated the entire prologue for Zero no Kiseki on YouTube. I wouldn’t be that concerned about translation.

What I’ve seen of it has been good, but not amazing. The major worry is the project leader who has only played Sky, and doesn’t know the series well. As long as the other members fix up any mistakes made, the final result should turn out to be decent.

Encryption can also be performed in your application by including our Encryption DLL into your project. Generate up to 4,000,000 unique key combinations and 5,000,000 non-unique key combinations. Keys can be exported to an encrypted file in addition to an Array, ArrayList, or SortedList in both VB.Net or C#. As long as the other members fix up any mistakes made, the final result should turn out to be decent. The preview translation that they put on YouTube was decent quality TL at best tho. I just hope they won't fuck up the names. I remember the leader of the Fan TL wanting to make the name of Zero no Kiseki into Trails of the Void, which makes no sense because the 'Zero' part of the name has a very significant meaning and foreshadowing of the entire Crossbell arc. I get that, but that's what editing is for. Hacking wise though, what they've shown is incredibly solid.

No text-overflow and graphics are edited well. Still, I think it's too early to write the project off as completely bad without seeing the final version. There's still some hope, and thankfully the team managed to to convince him to change it to Trails to Zero. Thefreeloader said: Maybe I'm late in the news idk but I'll inform all of you anyway. It seems there's a leaked PSP english patch for Zero no Kiseki. Try googling it. You are a bit late to the party.

The leaked fan TL by zeromonkey is MTL'd garbage (MTL = Machine Translation) so I won't update the post until the full edited script is released (tho the base is still MTL). Didn't feel like machine translation when i tried it. I was actually quite impressed how easy it was to read and follow. Now i don't know japanese so i can't compare the text to see if it's accurate or not, but if it's like the beginning throughout the entire game, then it's completely fine. A desperate soul will easily accept an unreadable line a few times to get his fix.

It's pretty fucking bad lol. Source: Played Zero/Ao and Zero/Ao Evo in JP so I compared the scripts and it's fucking horrible.
